The material used is soft shrink leather developed in the Himeji-Matsubara area, which is a leather production area. The base is carefully tanned, and after drying, it is further flapped using a special machine to create an elegant and flavorful grain. Coloring is a technique in which each color is penetrated (dyed deep into the leather) from the base stage to bring out the charm of each color to the fullest. After drying, the surface is lightly ironed to adjust its luster. Using the intuition, wisdom, and technology unique to Japanese leather craftsmen, we use leather materials that take approximately 40 days to make. It has a soft texture that adds a rich feel to the suit style unique to adult men.
