ballistic material

AS2OV's original fabric is the original CODURA® Ballistic, which uses 66 nylon thread of 1000d for the warp thread and 840d for the weft thread. The purpose of using threads with different standards for warp and weft is to create a deep texture while retaining just the right amount of luster. This is AS2OV's original nylon, which overturns the traditional heavy ballistic nylon image. The bag fabrics created by experienced designers are an expression of their inquisitiveness towards new fabric textures, which sets them apart from other brands.

305d_DOBBY Material

The material used is CODURA® fabric nylon, which is made by densely weaving 305D special polyester threads into the warp and weft threads. It has strength against friction, tearing, and fraying, and because it is woven using an old-fashioned dobby loom, it has a distinctive texture that cannot be expressed with oxford or twill weaves. In addition, the back side of the fabric is treated with twice the amount of PU processing (polyurethane processing) as usual, giving the fabric a moderate volume.

Made of CORDURA® 305d fabric, a special polyester yarn, it has strength against friction, tearing, and fraying. The back side is treated with L-VENT processing (3 layers), making it a breathable and waterproof material with a water pressure resistance of over 20,000 mm that allows water vapor to pass through but not the rain and wind. Series WATER PROOF SUEDE WATER PROOF SUEDE The main body material is a rare 2mm thick waterproof suede leather made from high-quality raw hides from North America. Suede leather is chrome tanned to give it flexibility and strength.

WATER PROOF CORDURA 305D

CORDURA® 305d fabric, a special polyester yarn, is used to ensure strength against friction, tearing, fraying, etc. The back side is made of L-VENT processing (3 layers), which is a special material that allows water vapor to pass through but prevents rain and wind from passing through. A breathable and waterproof material with a water pressure resistance of over 20,000 mm.

EXCLUSIVE BALLISTIC NYLON

OILED SHRINK LEATHER

The main body is made of vegetable tanned leather from Conzeria La Bretagna, a company that is a member of the Italian Tuscan Vegetable Tanners Association. Treated with oil and natural shrink processing. The more you use it, the more it ages, and the texture changes to make each piece look like a one-of-a-kind item.

HI DENSITY CORDURA NYLON

Adopts CORDURA 500D fabric, which is densely woven using 500D 66 nylon thread both vertically and horizontally, and has strength against friction, tearing, and fraying. The dyeing process is jet dyed, which creates wrinkles and unevenness, giving it depth. The yarn used is spun-like yarn, resulting in a nylon fabric with a cotton-like texture.

The main body material is 2mm thick waterproof suede leather made from high-quality raw hides from North America. Suede leather is chrome tanned to give it flexibility and strength.

CORDURA DOBBY 305D

The main body material is CORDURA® 305d fabric, which uses special 305d polyester thread both vertically and horizontally. It has strength against friction, tearing, fraying, etc. In addition, by applying twice the amount of PU processing as usual to the back of the fabric, it gives the fabric just the right amount of volume.
