About the handling of personal information

Our company publishes the following contents in accordance with JISQ15001:2006 requirements 3.4.2.5 and 3.4.4.3.

Purpose of use of personal information

• ・We will use your information to process and contact you regarding orders, cancellations, and returns, to ship products and services, and to process payments and refunds.
• ・It will be used to authenticate your identity in order to use member functions.
• ・We will deliver the e-mail magazine to customers who have given us permission to receive the e-mail magazine.
• ・We will use it for contacting and shipping the prize winners.
• ・We will use this information to respond to customers who have given their consent to participate in campaigns and surveys.
• ・We will use your information to respond to your inquiries.
• ・We use statistical information that does not identify individuals to improve our products and services.

Procedures for requesting disclosure, etc.

We receive notification from the person or his/her representative of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, deletion, and suspension of provision to third parties regarding personal information held by the Company that is subject to disclosure ( The procedure for responding to a request (hereinafter referred to as a “request for disclosure, etc.”) is as follows.

1. Where to submit requests for disclosure, etc.

For requests for disclosure, etc., please attach the required documents to the personal information disclosure request form and send it by mail. When mailing an invoice to us, please use a method that allows us to confirm the delivery record, such as registered mail or simple registered mail. We would also appreciate it if you could write ``Personal Information Request Form Included'' in red on the envelope.

2. Documents to be submitted for requests for disclosure, etc.

If you wish to make a request for disclosure, etc., please fill out all the prescribed items on the personal information disclosure request form and send it by mail.

3. Confirm your identity

In order to confirm the identity of the person requesting disclosure, etc., we will conduct a verification call over the phone. However, if verification by phone is not possible, you may be asked to present a copy of your driver's license, resident card, health insurance card, etc.

Four. Request for disclosure, etc. by a representative

If you wish to delegate the request for disclosure, etc. to a representative, please enclose the following documents in addition to the personal information disclosure request form .

1. (1) Documents (copy) to confirm the identity of the agent
   One copy of your driver's license, residence card, or health insurance card.
   *Please prepare a copy with your permanent address crossed out.
2. (2) Power of attorney (please affix your seal on the power of attorney and attach the seal registration certificate for that seal. If the agent is a legal representative such as a parent, please use the power of attorney instead of the power of attorney. You may also submit documents that prove your relationship with the person in question.)

Five. Fees related to requests for disclosure and notification of purpose of use

When requesting disclosure of personal information and notification of purpose of use, a fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged for each request. Please enclose a fixed amount postal money order for 500 yen with the submitted documents. The customer is responsible for paying for the purchase of the postal fixed-amount money order and the shipping costs to our company. Please note that if the fee is insufficient or if the fee is not enclosed, we will not be able to disclose or notify you of the purpose of use.

6. How to respond to requests for disclosure, etc.

We will respond in writing to the address listed on the requester's invoice.
