The raw material for this leather, which was the result of many trials and errors, is made from domestically produced Holstein steerhide that is between 3 and 6 months old. It is tanned using traditional methods, and a thin layer of pigment is applied to give it a transparent surface. The fine bit shrink embossing also creates a sophisticated look.
