Also, be sure to test paint on an inconspicuous area before use. This is to prevent discoloration, stains, and deformation. Scrub off any small stains with an eraser, being careful not to discolor. For oily stains such as finger marks, use a cleaner specifically made for leather. In this case, be sure to test wipe on an inconspicuous area.

We use Slow's original leather made by Tochigi Leather, one of Japan's leading tanners. The raw material for this leather, which was the result of many trials and errors, is made from domestically produced Holstein steerhide that is between 3 and 6 months old. It is tanned using traditional methods, and a thin layer of pigment is applied to give it a transparent surface. The fine bit shrink embossing also creates a sophisticated look.
